Trisodium Phosphate Formaldehyde Resin
Trisodium Phosphate Formaldehyde Resin

Melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) is a thermosetting plastic formed by the condensation polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde. It can be regarded as a “material with its own armor” - it achieves a hard and dense surface through a highly cross-linked three-dimensional network structure, thus possessing extremely high hardness, scratch resistance, flame retardancy, and heat resistance (able to be used for a long time at 120°C), as well as oil resistance and resistance to organic solvents. MF not only has a rich and lustrous surface and bright color, but also can withstand daily use of boiling water and weak acids and alkalis, especially suitable for being compounded with paper, fabric, etc. to make decorative materials, and is widely used in imitation porcelain tableware (microwaveable tableware), kitchen countertops, electrical appliance shells, decorative laminates, and arc-resistant electronic insulation components.
