Automobile molds refer to injection molds used for manufacturing various interior and exterior parts and functional structural components of automobiles. They are widely applied to dashboard, door panels, bumpers, grilles, pillar guard plates, air conditioning ducts, cup holders, storage boxes and other components. Automobile molds have extremely high requirements for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, mechanical properties and production efficiency. They are one of the most technically demanding subcategories in the mold manufacturing field.

The automotive plastic molds manufactured by our company are made of high-end mold steels (such as 2738, 2311, 2344, S136, etc.). Combined with five-axis CNC machining, mirror surface electro-discharge machining and high-precision polishing processes, the cavity accuracy can reach ±0.01mm, and the surface roughness Ra is ≤0.4μm. During the mold design stage, the mold flow analysis software is used to simulate the filling, cooling and warpage processes, optimize the gate position and the layout of the cooling channels, and can be configured with hot runner systems, sequential valve control, cylinder core pulling, slider and inclined top structures according to customer requirements, to meet the needs of complex shapes and reverse ejection.
