After the mold processing is completed, we conduct multiple rounds of mold verification to comprehensively inspect the product’s appearance, dimensions, assembly fit, and molding stability. We address issues such as flash, glue shortage, shrinkage marks, and deformation by quickly optimizing the mold structure and molding process parameters. We issue a complete mold verification report and finalize the mass production process plan. During the mold verification process, we also verify the opening and closing, ejection, and cooling system operation status of the mold to ensure that it can be directly put into stable mass production after delivery.
