Relying on CNC high-speed milling, electrical discharge machining, slow wire electrical discharge cutting and other precision processing equipment, we achieve high-precision processing of key components such as mold cavities, cores, sliders and inclined dies. The dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01mm. The entire process from rough machining to fine machining is standardized and controlled. Combined with the selection of high-quality mold steels (such as H13, S136, P20, etc.), the strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability of the molds are ensured, making them suitable for long-term stable mass production.
